DELIVERY, SAMPLE DELIVERY & RETURNS
Tile deliveries from The Branded Tile Company are either standard kerbside delivery or home delivery sample service. Throughout the Covid-19 outbreak we aim to safely deliver products to our customers, to ensure you have everything you need for your tiling project.
We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days, between Monday and Friday and excluding Saturday and Sunday. Certain postcodes in Scotland and offshore islands* (Highlands and Islands) will incur additional delivery costs. Please contact us direct to avoid any confusion if you are located in the far North of the UK and we’ll calculate the specific delivery charge for you.
We will notify you via email when your order has been dispatched.
Most deliveries arrive on a wooden pallet via an HGV and are direct to kerbside. Please let us know in the comments box at the point of placing your order if your property has restricted access, hazards or obstructions, e.g. narrow roads, sloped or gravel driveways.
Failure to inform us of these issues may result in the delivery being made to an alternative location or a failed delivery, rebooking a failed delivery will incur an additional delivery charge.
Due to insurance policies orders will not be unpacked or carried indoors by the courier.
We know how important it is to make sure you select the best look for your project. To help this we provide only full-size tiles as samples so you can check how the colour, shading and design matches your exciting plans.
Your sample tile will arrive in a protective pack, via free first-class mail typically 1 to 3 days after you place the order.
DON’T FORGET - To help your project a little we will refund the £3 sample tile cost from the first order you place of that specific tile.
Here at The Branded Tile Company in these uncertain times things can change so we are extending our returns. You can return any unopened, undamaged resalable boxes of tiles to us within 30 days of your online purchase for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges). We can only refund boxes of full boxes of the same tiles and these must be returned to our head office address along with your original purchase invoice and we will refund you via the original method of payment.
We reserve the right not to refund if; the products are deemed as not being in a resell-able condition, if there is no proof of purchase, or if the products are returned after the 30 day period.
We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days of their return.
Due to the natural materials our tiles are made from we are unable to guarantee an exact colour match from samples.
